When does Viz record Flow Time for new artifacts that are already in progress?

Answer

Viz begins counting the Flow Time of in progress artifacts when they are first ingested. This is because there is no way to know when the artifacts entered the in progress state prior to being ingested by Viz.

For example, if an artifact had been in progress in Jira for 100 days, but you added that Jira project in Viz yesterday, Viz will only see 1 day of Flow Time for that artifact.
