Introduction

Executive Insights provide a comprehensive view of your portfolio's health, offering key insights into waste analysis. This enables you to identify trending products and pinpoint areas requiring attention, helping you improve efficiency, reduce waste, and deliver value more effectively.

Note: You must be granted Executive or Admin user role permissions to access this feature.

Executive Insights features the following insights:

Canceled Work
- Shows the total active time spent on work items that were canceled during the selected period, along with the percentage of work that was canceled
Delivery Predictability (coming soon)
- Shows the artifacts that are incurring the most age across a portfolio
Work Alignment (coming soon)
- Shows the amount of work that is aligned to OKRs or initiatives
Aged Work (coming soon)
- Shows the total active time spent on work items that were significantly aged during the selected period, along with the percentage of work that is significantly aged

Executive insights are generated for each Portfolio and Sub-Portfolio, or for all Products.
