Product Insights
Introduction
Once you've started generating Flow Metrics, the next step is to optimize your value streams. The Product Insights tab includes a set of intuitive widgets, packed with key insights and actionable recommendations. These widgets assess your value stream's performance, providing clear, data-driven insights to guide you toward optimal efficiency.
Product Insights currently features three widgets:
- Stability of Time to Complete: This widget provides step-by-step guidance on managing work-in-progress (WIP) and creating stable flow.
- Visibility of Work: This widget identifies modeling issues that require attention.
- Time in Phase: This widget shows the time spent in each lifecycle phase.
Each insight and recommendation featured in the Product Insights is tailored to your value stream's unique Flow Metrics.
Accessing Product Insights
To access Product Insights, click the Product Insights tab, which is to the left of Flow Metrics.
