Delivery Forecast
Overview
The Delivery Forecast widget provides portfolio-level visibility into aging work items, helping you track and analyze delivery patterns across products in your portfolio.
Monitoring these items helps maintain a rapid flow of work and ensures timely feedback on aging work items.
Getting Started
Select a Portfolio from the navigator or click the organization name to view delivery forecast across all products.
Note: Canceled work insights are only available for Executive and Admin user roles.
Navigate to the Executive Insights tab.

The Delivery Forecast widget provides detailed tracking of open artifacts with the following key details:
- Name
- Age
- State
- Days in state
- Flow item type
- Tool type
- Product
Before insights will appear, widget settings must be configured.
In the widget settings, select the tool types you'd like to include.
Note: The dropdown will include all modeled tool types across the organization. Even if those types aren't modeled in the selected portfolio.
Define the aging categories you'd like to include on the widget.
Note: Default values will be populated for the aging categories.
Once configured, the widget will display insights with these default behaviors:
- 'All artifacts' aging category is automatically selected
- Artifacts are sorted by Age in descending order
To analyze a specific set of aging artifacts, select an aging category from the dropdown.
Hover over the info icon to learn more about the widget.
