August 2026 Release Notes
Release date: August 30th, 2026
- Anvi can now generate PowerPoint and PDF presentations
- It will use its own presentation template
- It can create slides, headers, text and bullets containing data and analysis Anvi has done with the data it fetched across the Planview platform
- Limitations:
- You cannot change the template
- It cannot add charts, shapes or images
- It cannot use different colours or fonts
- Follow up requests will cause Anvi to regenerate the entire presentation, which may cause unintended changes to the presentation
- The URL to the file will be available for 60min, so download the file before you lose it.
- Only PowerPoint and PDFs are supported.
- Anvi now knows the email address of all users. So, Anvi can now send emails to the users assigned to work items or projects.
- We have removed the Deep Mode of Reasoning toggle and upgraded Anvi’s LLM to always use Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 4.6 with a 1M token context window. This will help greatly for when Anvi needs to process a lot of data to answer your questions.
- Anvi now checks your network settings to make sure that users have an optimal experience. One of the common network configuration issues is that the customer’s network buffers Server Side Events (SSE). This causes Anvi’s confirmation messages to seem to never appear to confirm an action such as sending an email as well as making Anvi’s thinking process feel like it jumps suddenly instead of flow nicely. Your IT Admin will know how to correct this so that it doesn’t buffer these events.

- We've updated the AAU Dashboard export so that it only exports as per the filters set.
- We’ve added an AI warning label to all AI features and generated output files to comply with EU and other similar regulations.
June 2026 Release Notes
Release date: June 3, 2026
We have improved the guardrails for Anvi responses in the following areas:
- We have strengthened guardrails on medical advice.
- We have strengthened guardrails on violence-related content such as guns and other weapons; non-violent contexts may still be used, as it may be relevant for your industry (such as for a defense contractor).
- We have made guardrails for high-risk topics more strict but context-aware to prevent excessive blocks; for example, a specific offensive word may not be blocked if the context indicates no one is being insulted.
- We have increased the sensitivity of Anvi's contextual grounding to ensure that Anvi stays on topic and avoids harmful conversations.
