Planview Anvi FAQ

The following sections answer frequently asked questions (FAQ) about Planview Anvi.

           

If I run out of AAUs, will Anvi stop working?

No. Contact your Planview Customer Success Manager to discuss upgrading your Anvi AI Unit (AAU) package, purchasing additional units, or analyzing consumption patterns for optimization opportunities. However, if you are not actively working with Planview to acquire additional AAUs, Planview may, at its discretion, temporarily disable access to Anvi until sufficient AAUs are purchased or the issue is resolved.

           

           

Can different teams or products have different AAU allocations?

AAUs are shared accountwide across supported Planview products. While you currently cannot subdivide allocations, you can use the Anvi AAU usage dashboard to monitor usage by team or product for internal chargeback purposes.

           

           

If Anvi has an error, will it consume AAUs?

If Anvi encounters a system error while generating the answer to a question, that answer will not consume AAUs. However, if the user feels that Anvi misinterpreted their request or is unsatisfied with the response for some reason other than Anvi encountering a system error, that answer will still consume AAUs.

           

           

Can I upgrade my Anvi subscription mid-contract?

Yes. Contact your Planview Customer Success Manager or Account Executive, and they will provide you a quote for the upgrade.

           

           

How do I know how many AAUs I need?

Contact your Planview Customer Success Manager or Account Executive. They will be able to provide guidance using our Planview AAU Calculator.
