Managing notifications in Roadmaps

You can view the notifications that have been sent to you from Roadmaps.

You can also view notifications for all other Planview products for which notifications are enabled through Planview Admin.

To view Roadmaps notifications

  1. Click the notifications icon notification.png in the main toolbar. The Notifications dialog displays the Roadmaps notifications that have been sent to you.
  2. To view a roadmap that has been shared with you, click the notification in the list. The roadmap is displayed.
  3. To mark a notification as read, point to it in the list and then click unread.png Mark as read.
  4. To view only the read or unread notifications, click All in the top right corner of the dialog, and then select the appropriate option.

To view notifications from all Planview products

  1. In the Notifications dialog, click See all notifications at the bottom of the list. The notifications appear, listed in the order of the most recent notification at the top.
  2. To change the sort order, click a column heading to sort the notifications in ascending order (a-z) according to the column values. To change to descending order (z-a), click the heading again.
  3. To filter the notifications:
    1. Click the funnel icon funnel_dk_gray_CC.png to display the filter panel.
    2. Select the filter criteria. 
  4. To view the email contents of a notification, click it. The Notification preview panel appears.
  5. To mark a notification as read, click ellipsis_CC.png > Mark as read. (If the Notification preview is open, close it to view the option.)
  6. To mark all of the notifications in the list as read, click mail.png Mark all read in the top right corner of the dialog.
