Setting Planview Anvi Chat options

How do I set preferences for Planview Anvi® Chat and personalize the experience?

The following sections describe the options you can set with Planview Anvi Chat, including how to personalize the chat experience and set other Anvi Chat preferences.

           

Changing the font size

To change the font size:

  1. In the top-right corner of the Anvi Chat pane, click action menu > Font Size.
  2. Select Normal or Large.

           

           

Using dark mode or light mode

To use dark mode or light mode:

  1. In the top-right corner of the Anvi Chat pane, click action menu > Color Mode.
  2. Select Light or Dark.

           

           

Personalizing the Anvi Chat experience

You can enter information about yourself and how you prefer to interact with Planview Anvi to get a more personalized experience.

To personalize your Planview Anvi Chat experience:

  1. In the top-right corner of the Anvi Chat pane, click action menu > About me.
  2. On the About me screen, enter as much or as little information in the fields on the screen. The table following this procedure describes the available fields and options.
  3. Click Save.
Option Name/ Default Text Description
Profile
  your name Enter your full name so that Anvi Chat knows what information is related to you.
  some preferred name Enter your nickname or other name that you prefer to be called informally in conversation.
Role & Experience
  some role Enter your current role in your organization.

           

TIP

If you select Other, you can describe your role using the Additional personal context option to personalize Anvi for your role.

           
  some number Enter the number of years of experience you have in your current role.
Language & Style
  Auto Select your preferred language or leave the default setting, Auto. The currently supported languages are English, French, German, and Spanish.
  some type

Enter the conversation style that Anvi Chat responds to you with:

  • concise
  • conversational
  • detailed
  • technical
Additional personal context

Enter additional details about you and your role to help Anvi respond better to your needs and circumstances.

For example, if you are a trainer but your role is not listed as an option in the some role list, you can use this box to tell Anvi that you are a trainer and add more specific details about what you do.
