Description

This widget displays requests from PPM Pro that require your approval. You can review, approve, reject, or re-route these pending requests directly from the widget.

The widget displays the following details about each request:

  • Request title
  • Requested by
  • Request type
  • Gate

Available functionality

You can review and approve or reject the requests directly in the widget. You can view more details about the request by clicking on it to open the details panel.

The displayed requests can be filtered by category. The categories available are configured in PPM Pro.

Widget options

Each request listed in the widget has options that let you take an action on the request. The available options are listed below.

Option Description
checkbox.png Click to approve the request.
no-access.png Click to reject the request.
ellipsis_CC.png

Lets you access to additional actions for the request:

  • Place on hold
  • Place back in progress
  • Send back to prior gate

Configuration settings

Your administrator can add one or more instances of this widget per board/view.

Option Description
Title Name of the widget.
Description (contextual help) Description to appear when user clicks the help icon for the widget.
