Planview Customer Success Center

Using Planview.Me Labs

You can access individual capability items by accessing a workspace from the left navigation bar and then locating and clicking the item.

You can do everything in Planview.Me Labs that you can do in the source capability products.

The main difference is between capability items that have been created in or imported to Planview.Me Labs and ones that are available indirectly through another capability item:

  • If the capability item has been created in or imported to Planview.Me Labs, when you click to access the item's full features, the capability item will be displayed from the context of the workspace in to which it was created or imported.
  • If the capability item is available indirectly, then it will be displayed from the source capability.

For example, if you click Go to roadmap on a roadmap that  has been imported to Planview.Me Labs, the roadmap is displayed from its workspace with all of its features available.

If you click Go to roadmap on a roadmap on an overview and the roadmap has not been imported to Planview.Me Labs, then the roadmap is displayed from Planview Roadmaps.
