| Tags | Tags are used to categorize prompts. Tags can be any text. Once one prompt has a tag, it'll appear int he list when creating or editing prompts in the future. |
| Visibility | This field is only available for Administrators. This field allows you to change the visibility of the prompt. Set it to "Private" is the prompt is only for your personal use. Set it to "My Organization" if you want all users to be able to use this prompt. Only Administrators can edit prompts set to "My Organization". Users will always create private prompts. |
| Data Sources | These are the sources of data that Anvi will connect to execute the prompt. |
| Last run status | Displays if the last time the agent was run was successful or not |
| Schedule | Describes when the agent is scheduled to run |
| Next run | Shows when the agent is scheduled to run next |
Now let's look at the Agent Dashboard:
Once you enter the Agent Dashboard you will see the following metrics:
Upcoming runs: Shows how many agents are scheduled to run in the future regardless of their schedule.
Recent runs: This lists all the times an agent has run within the dates of the filter. By default, the filters are empty, so it shows all runs that have ever ran.
The Agent Runs table contains a list of every time an agent ran. For each run, you can see the following information:
| Column | Description |
| Name | The name of the agent that ran |
| Status | It shows if the run completed successfully or if it encountered an error |
| Data source | These are the data sources the agent connected to when it ran |
| Date | This is the date the agent ran |
| Schedule | This is the agent's schedule |
| Next run | This is the next time that agent is scheduled to run |
If you click on an agent run, you can see this information and the conversation the agent had with Anvi.
