Delivery Forecast widget
Description
The Delivery Forecast widget displays aging work items across products in your portfolio to maintain rapid work flow and ensure timely delivery.

Available functionality
The widget displays open work items with these details:
- Name
- Age
- State
- Days in state
- Flow item type
- Tool type
- Product
- Predicted Finish Date
Note: Work items are sorted by Age in descending order
Using the Widget
To filter by aging category
Select an aging category from the aging filter in the top right corner of the widget.
Note: By default, the 'All work items' aging category is selected.
To configure work item types
Select the work item types to include in the widget settings.
To configure aging categories
Define the aging categories in the widget settings.
Note: Default values will be populated for the aging categories.
Predicted Finish Date
Predicted Finish Date provides data-driven completion forecasts based on your team's delivery patterns and historical data. Three scenarios are generated: optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic.
Note: Predicted Finish Dates are updated daily.
