This article covers procedures that change only how the items are displayed in the timeline and do not affect item data.

For information about items imported from AgilePlace, see Working with items imported from AgilePlace.

About grouping items by OKRs
NOTE
This functionality is available only on Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise environments.
You can group items by OKRs when one or more items on the roadmap are imported AgilePlace cards or Portfolios work items that are connected to key results as activities. For more information about connecting activities to key results:

Single level of OKRs
When there is a single level of OKRs, the OKR group bars display the name, progress percent, and a color-coded arrow that indicates the overall status (ahead, on target, or below target) of the objective. The timeline of the objective is color-coded to match its status. For information about how status is calculated, see OKR Health.
Within a group you can view the timelines of the items (source cards in AgilePlace or work items in Portfolios). You can click an item to view its details in the details pane. From there, you can further investigate by opening the source card in AgilePlace or work item in Portfolios.
