Documents are files that are uploaded to barometerIT, and can be associated to entity records.
You can store files that are related to an entity record such as architecture diagrams, use cases, support plans, or any other reference documentation.
To add a document:
- Click Add > Insight > Document.
- Click Choose File and then browse to locate and select the document.
- Enter a name and description for the document.
- Select the lifecycle state for the document.
- Click Create.
- After you add a document, you can associate the document with one or more entity records from either the document view or from the entity view.
