Strategies

A strategy is a goal, objective, or risk statement.

You can define your business strategies and IT strategies and associate them to other entities (for example, demands, capabilities, products) to understand the components that are part of or affected by a strategy.

You can do the following with strategies:

  • Define strategies and associate them to current demand initiatives, projects, or programs to ensure that the demand aligns with your strategic goals.
  • Align strategies to organizations to get a clear picture of what the organizations are responsible for.
  • Create a strategy hierarchy and define goals and objectives, and benefits and risks.
