Notable Fixes for Changepoint EAM

Error reassigning tasks
Users were experiencing an issue where reassigning a task would trigger an error message. Despite the message, the reassignment, if valid, would be saved successfully. Now, reassigning a task does not trigger an unnecessary error message.
