Products
A product is any document, information, item, object, or service that is produced by the enterprise and delivered to a consumer in a business transaction.
Products are directly or indirectly managed by actors, capabilities, and systems.
To maintain the integrity of your enterprise map, it is important that you use products only to represent items that your enterprise produces. For example, while Microsoft Office could be considered a product that is used by your enterprise, you should enter it as a technology in barometerIT.
