Scheduled Report, Invalid Ouput Error
This is a guide to explain how to resolve the ‘Invalid output options’ error when setting up a scheduled report.

When setting up a Scheduled Report you may across the following message:
To resolve this the report output option will need to be changed as you cannot have a scheduled report set to ‘Standard’ as the default output option.
To change the output options, please go to the Reports search and find the relevant report.
Open the report and within the Edit Report screen select the ‘Details’ tab and scroll down to the ‘Output’ section.
This will present the following screen:
The ‘Standard’ output option cannot be used as the Default Format for a scheduled report, only the following output options are applicable.
- Excel
Once the output option has been changed you can go ahead and setup the scheduled report.
