Timing Out

 

Sometimes, when you try to do something within the product, a ‘not logged in’ message may appear.

The reason you have been logged out will be one of those listed. You can select Login and then re-enter your user code and password to access the system again.

The most common reason for being logged out is that you have not been using the screen for a while and have been timed out. Time out for inactivity is 60 minutes.

Another session of KeyedIn has been logged in. 

Loss of internet connection.
