•  to print the Gantt view or output in PDF format, after selecting required columns and options.

•  to open or save the deliverable data in Excel format.

•Options to change the format of what is displayed:

o  to show all or only published deliverables on the Gantt chart

o  to show deliverable dependencies, linked tasks and rescheduled dates if required

o  to sort on up to three selected fields.

•Status to display all deliverables or only those with a selected status.

•Type to see only a specific deliverable type or all types.

•Dates to set the date range to be included.

•Add to create a deliverable for the project

•Copy to copy deliverables from another project

•Copy Milestones/Tasks to copy task-based milestones and tasks into deliverables. Processing is over three steps:
