Changing Passwords

You may require users to create a different password if you think their existing one is known or there is some other security issue. Click  to select users for reset and  to clear checked ones from the list.

Clicking will replace the existing passwords with system-generated ones and email affected users to inform them of the new password. They will need to use this password at the next login and then immediately specify another password to use subsequently.

NOTE:
This facility is available by default to SaaS users but is only available to on-premise users if configured to require email user identifiers.
