Title
First Name
Middle Name(s)
Last Name

select the appropriate title for the contact and input the full name.

Active

is checked for contacts that are available for use and which are to be included in lists from which they can be selected. This is the normal setting but you can uncheck the box if the person is not to be available as a contact for any reason.

 

NOTE:
The above data appears on all forms and can be changed at any one.

 

Client

identifies the client for this contact. Enter the client code or click Select to find and choose a client. This is described at Searching and Filters. Press Refresh to show the name.

Position
Department

give information about the contact’s job for the client.

Address

can be copied from the client’s address or you can input details if the contact is based at a different location.

Telephone
Mobile
Fax
Email

provide different methods of communicating with the contact. You can copy the telephone and fax numbers from the client record.
