KeyedIn Mobile App – Expense Claims

 

User guide to explain how to enter expenses on the Mobile application.

 

1. Select ‘Expense Claims’ from the menu:

2. This will bring up the ‘Expense Claims’ Screen:

3. Click on a Claim to show the ‘Claim Details’ screen:

4. If the claim requires changing then it is possible to select the claim within the Claim Details screen which will bring up the following screen, selecting ‘Edit’ from this screen will allow editing of this expense.

If the Login has permissions to accept and pay claims, then the ‘Pay’ functionality is not available on the mobile application.

To pay claims please login to the web application.
