This Invoice Values

A summary of values selected for the invoice, which are covered by invoice lines, is shown at contract and contract line level with totals. These are Time and Expense entries if extracted automatically in line with filters or Other values that have been entered manually. Any automatically allocated values have a paperclip symbol against them. Moving your mouse cursor over a paperclip symbol shows the value at normal charge rates and any written off value. The latter amount is set by checking Write Off when distributing time and expense values.

Click on any time or expense amount to set or change the allocation (as described previously).
