Planning Periods

The General tab shows the first and last periods that are open for planning. Click either one to change the open periods. Tasks and assignments cannot be added outside these periods although data is retained. You can only define working time calendars within these periods.

Click a year tab to list the open weeks for that year.

Each week is assigned to the relevant month. Where a week is at the start or end of a month, you may choose to:

•reassign it to the previous or next month. Click where indicated to do this.

•split the weekly period into two periods to get more accurate monthly reporting.
