Login - Calendar
Entries must be within a rolling period of Set timesheets and expense input restrictions that prevent early and late entries by the login. The default settings are defined through Administration processing but you can override them for individual logins.
If both boxes are unchecked, there is no time restriction on timesheet and expense entries (although you can set specific start and end dates for input to particular projects). This can result in incorrect or unrealistic values being entered.
If you set either check box on, you can then determine the number of weeks before and after the current week that input is allowed. Any entries with dates outside this period are not permitted.
iCalendar is a file format that allows Internet users to share calendars with other users. If this feature is to be available to this login, check either or both boxes to indicate of it is published to a:
•private address, which can be issued to others to share the calendar with them
•public address that cannot be obscured and is available to all.
Each selection shows the URL of the calendar and clicking it, after saving, opens the calendar in Microsoft Outlook.
You can change the private address by pasting in a different URL and then clicking Reset Private Address. This will prevent anyone accessing the calendar if they only have the previous address.
