Obtaining Help

This documentation is available both in printable form and as online help text. You can access the help text by clicking Help, which takes you to the start of the document. You can then choose a required topic or keyword search.

Wherever you are within the structure, the screen has a standard format.

Use standard browser facilities for the help screens (such as pressing the Back button to return to previous text or choosing to print the displayed help).

The screen shows the help text for the current topic. This will show the topic title and may have sample screens, buttons and diagrams, plus descriptive text.

If there is more text than will fit on a single screen, use the scroll bar to see the rest. When a screen example is shown, click on it to display its description.

Any text that is shown in blue and underlined represents a hypertext link to an associated topic. Clicking the link takes you directly to that topic. Select the Back button to return to the previous topic.

At the top of each topic text page are navigation links. These are used as follows:

access the topics before and after the current one so that you can work through the help text.

Note that these buttons operate differently to your browser’s back and forward buttons, which go back to the topic you looked at before or after this one. The previous and next buttons shown here work through the topics in the order they appear rather than the sequence they have been looked at.

Clicking a folder symbol will open the folder and display its topics. Each topic may have sub-topics that you can open in the same way. The lowest available level is indicated by a page symbol.

An open folder has a different symbol. Click it to close the folder.

Click a topic’s icon or title to display the topic in the help text area. Selecting a topic in this way highlights it in the contents list so that you can always see where you are within the document structure.

You can scroll through this list or enter initial text to find a required entry. View the help text for a selected topic by clicking its entry.
