All users who are members of the listed login groups will be able to process the action view and may see it on the appropriate tabbed form. You can add groups, copy from similar action views and remove those that are not needed.

For those action views that create tabbed forms, you can choose to update the associated tabbed form so that it is only accessible by the members of this group. Conversely, the login group entry has this action view set automatically.
