Single Sign On Certificate Expiring on 14th April 2026
This notice only applies to administrators who have configured KeyedIn Enterprise to use Single Sign On.
The current KeyedIn Enterprise SSO certificate expires on 14th April 2026. If you are using SSO with an Identity Provider that uses the KeyedIn Enterprise certificate, then your configuration must be updated to use one of our 2 new certificates before this date. We have provided 2 certificates, a certificate authority issued certificate, 'KeyedInEnterprise.xxx Oct 2026', which expires in October 2026 (where xxx, is .com, .co.uk or .net), and a Planview issued certificate, 'KeyedInsso.com Apr 2028', which expires in 2 years. The new certificates are available in the KeyedIn Enterprise portal on the Single Sign On configuration page, either can be used depending on your expiry date preference.
If the selected ‘Service Provider Certificate’ in your current KeyedIn Enterprise SSO configuration is not one of the following 3 certificates, then you do not need to consider changing your configuration: KeyedInEnterprise.co.uk April 2026 KeyedInEnterprise.com April 2026 KeyedInEnterprise.net April 2026 Some Identity Providers (IdP), such as Microsoft Entra and in some cases Ping and Okta, do not use the service provider certificate in which case no changes are required.
Further instructions for updating your SSO certificate, if necessary, can be found in the attached document.
