How The Capacity For A Resource Is Calculated

The Capacity is calculated on the Resource's Working Time Calendar and the working days in the Planning Period Month.

 

In the example below, Resource 'Test' has the Working Time Calendar of 'Full Time Calendar (UK)'.

This Working Time Calendar is set to 7.5 hours per day, Monday - Friday.

In the summaries tab, I can see that there is 4 weeks in February 2025 going from 3/2/25 until 2/3/25.

This equates to 20 working days, as this Resource doesn't work weekends.

 

Therefore, the Capacity for this Resource in February 2025, would be 150 hours or 20 days.
