Projects Resource tab

This tab only appears if your login permissions allow you to view forecasts. Use it to see how fully resourced the selected project is. The departments or roles set for the project to establish demand are listed, together with the resources assigned to meet the demand. Each shows what has been requested, the effort supplied by resource managers and then assigned to tasks, and work actually done.

You can change what is shown by selecting the Search Filter and:

•altering the period covered by selecting a different Start Date, selecting a different Period value (1-12) and length (Weeks or Months).

•changing effort to be shown as either Hours, Days or FTEs (full time equivalent — each resource’s availability as a proportion of a full day)

•unchecking Demand/Supply/Assignments/Actuals to remove the corresponding line from the display

Click:

•Recalculate Actuals to recalculate the strategic actual planning figures

•Export to create an Excel format file of resource details.
