Single Sign On Certificate Expiring on 7th April 2025
This notice only applies to administrators who have configured KeyedIn Enterprise to use Single Sign On. The current KeyedIn Enterprise SSO certificate expires on 7th April 2025. If you are using SSO with an Identity Provider that uses the KeyedIn Enterprise certificate, then your configuration must be updated to use the new April 2026 certificate before this date. The new certificate is available in the KeyedIn Enterprise portal on the Single Sign On configuration page. Some Identity Providers (IdP), such as Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD), do not use the service provider certificate in which case no changes are required.
Further instructions for updating your SSO certificate, where necessary, can be found in the attached document.
