Once you have configured one of the views, you can share it with others so they can use it.

You can change the name of the published view and can share it with members of selected login groups.

Check:

•Reset Individual Layouts to apply to the view being published any layout changes made by users against the previously published view

•Reset Individual Widget Configurations to reset the default filters and column chooser options to those configured on the view being published.
