KeyedIn PowerPoint Status Reports

Two example PowerPoint status reports have been created to provide a starting point for configuring your own reports.

 

Download and extract the files contained in the PowerPointExamples.zip file. The zip file contains two PowerPoint templates in .pptx format and twelve KeyedIn standard reports in .krp format. The latest reporting data views can also be found here.

If you do not have the latest data views and you wish to upgrade them you can download and install them in your system.

 

To install the examples:

Upload all the .krp files from the report search screen within KeyedIn using the Upload Report Package File button.

Once you have loaded all the reports, navigate to the PowerPoint Templates screen.

Now add the templates in to KeyedIn, press the Add button

Add the details for the Project status report as below and select the appropriate Login Group for your system to give those users visibility of the report.

Press Save and Close.

Add the details for the Program Status Report as below and select the appropriate Login Group for your system to give those users visibility of the report.

Press Save and Close.

You will now see the PowerPoint reports are available on the PowerPoint report menu on the Projects dashboard.
