Editable Table Column Chooser

This guide shows how to display editable table fields which are not visible using the ‘Column chooser’ facility. This allows you to make fields of your choice visible in an editable table grid, including Custom fields.

 

The example shown below uses the Project Search screen:

Only 4 columns are selected in the example shown below.

To add further columns select the ‘Column Chooser Icon’

This will present the following ‘Column Chooser’ screen:

The available fields against the entity will be shown on the left. To display these drag the field from the left hand side and place it under the displayed column

Select ‘Save’

 

The selected field will now be displayed:

In a similar fashion, should you wish to hide a field, it is possible to drag it from the displayed column to the available column.

 

Please note there is a limit of 11 fields that can be displayed.
