For each listed deliverable, click 
then:

to edit data within the line for a deliverable. The data you alter will depend on the status of the deliverable and you will not be able to make changes that conflict with other settings. Certain changes will require a reason to be entered while a change to a date may need to be identified as rescheduling or re-baselining of the deliverable. On completion of changes, click |

to amend the deliverables record |

Add Post |
to add or view posts against the deliverable |

Delete |
to clear the deliverable. |

to discard them.
