Portfolio Kanban
This item is only available if project workflows are activated and the feature is enabled through General Settings. You will also require access through your login profile.
The Portfolio Kanban screen is based on the original card system and shows projects with a selected workflow. These may have different project types providing the workflow is the same. The screen has a column for each status within the workflow and the projects are shown under the appropriate column, depending on the status they are currently at.
A Project search box allows more dynamic searching of Project tiles, as a faster and easier alternative to amending the main Project filter each time.
The colour at the base of each card is used to identify its project type (refer to the Configuration Guide).
Change the content of the screen by:
•selecting a different workflow to see other projects
•changing the filter to see different projects or templates
•clicking 
to configure the screen.
