What is Planview Anvi™?

Planview Anvi is a generative AI assistant designed to access, connect, and provide visibility into your organization’s unique data intelligence. Easily converse with Planview Anvi to ask questions about your enterprise data using natural language. Gain insight, receive recommendations, and take action. Think of Planview Anvi as your personal data analytics expert ensuring you make confident, informed, and fast strategic decisions.

Getting started

To use Planview Anvi in Planview AgilePlace:

  1. In Planview AgilePlace, navigate to the any AgilePlace board.
  2. Click the Planview Anvi icon Copilot_assisted_chat.png on the primary navigation bar to display the Planview Anvi chat window.

  3. Click ellipse_vertical_dk_gray.png to adjust the font size or to switch the color mode between light and dark.
  4. In the What can I answer for you? box, enter your message to Planview Anvi.
  5. To copy the generated response text, click squares_copy_dk_gray_CC.png in the lower-right of the chat window. You can then paste the copied response into other documents or messages.
  6. To provide feedback on a response:
    1. Click the Like or Dislike icon in the bottom-right corner of the response.
    2. To provide additional details, click Tell us more.
    3. In the dialog that appears, enter the reason for your response and/or select all of the feedback options that apply, and then click Send.
  7. To close the Planview Anvi chat window, click X_dk_gray_CC.png.

           

Prerequisites (Why can't I access Planview Anvi in Planview AgilePlace?)

Currently, Planview Anvi is only supported at the board level in Planview AgilePlace. If your account has purchsed Planview Anvi and you can't access the icon from an AgilePlace board, contact your administrator or support.

Visit the Prompt Library for a directory of prompts that you can copy to use with Planview Anvi within AgilePlace.
