When welcoming new users, guided walkthroughs personally tailored make it easy for any role to learn by doing—helping each person explore the platform with in-context support across all of your Planview products. For early touchpoint tasks such as creating your first AgilePlace card or submitting a timesheet, users can walk through this process with click-by-click instruction.

In-app polls and surveys can be used to capture feedback during the onboarding experience, while tooltips offer quick, contextual explanations along the way, reducing confusion and reinforcing key actions.
