How does Planview Anvi work with Planview Portfolios?

Planview Anvi works with Planview Portfolios in the following ways:

  • Analyzing work portfolio data for anomalies, risks, and other data points that are related to a user's questions.
  • Producing hypothetical scenarios and presenting suggestions and recommendations for next steps based on project, program, and portfolio best practices from across the industry.
  • Responding to questions using Planview's Customer Success Center content as its foundation.

Using Planview Anvi in Planview Portfolios

To use Planview Anvi in Planview Portfolios:

  1. In Planview Portfolios, navigate to the Portfolio Manager tile on the work Portfolio View screen.
  2. On the primary navigation bar, click  Copilot_assisted_chat.png to open the Planview Anvi chat window.

  3. Click ellipse_vertical_dk_gray.png to adjust the font size or to switch the color mode between light and dark.
  4. In the What can I answer for you? box, enter the text you want to send to Planview Anvi.
  5. To copy the response text you receive, click squares_copy_dk_gray_CC.png in the lower-right of the chat window. You can then paste the copied response into other documents or messages.
  6. To provide feedback on a response:
    1. Click the Like or Dislike icon in the bottom-right corner of the response.
    2. To provide additional details, click Tell us more.
    3. In the dialog that appears, enter the reason for your response and/or select all of the feedback options that apply, and then click Send.
  7. To close the Planview Anvi chat window, click X_dk_gray_CC.png.

If you can't access Planview Anvi in Planview Portfolios, contact your administrator to ensure that the following prerequisites are met.
