Description

The Recently Viewed in Portfolios widget lets you see a list of your twenty most recently viewed portfolios and entities in Planview Portfolios so you can quickly navigate to them and resume your work. Your most recently visited portfolios and entities are listed first.

This widget is available in Planview.Me and in Planview Portfolios in the My Overview, work portfolio, and work entity contexts.

           

TIP

For help navigating to the Overview tab on My Overview or in the context of a work portfolio or work entity in Planview Portfolios, see Using Planview.Me views in Planview Portfolios.

           

Available functionality

Clicking the name of a recently viewed portfolio or entity in this widget opens a new browser tab and navigates to the most recent corresponding Planview Portfolios screen for that portfolio or entity. For example, if you last viewed a work entity on the Plan screen, the product takes you to the Plan screen for that entity. Or, if you last viewed the entity on the Financials screen, the product takes you to the Financials screen.

           

NOTE

You must have permissions to the relevant portfolio or entity for them to appear in this widget. For example, if you visit a work portfolio and then get removed from that portfolio’s membership, that portfolio will not be visible when you view the widget.
