Managing Attributes for Linked Roadmap Items

The only settings you can manage for attributes of linked roadmap items are the following:

  • change color from the color set on the source item (for example, if another item in the roadmap is the same color) or reset the color to the default color on the source item
  • hide the attribute from being displayed in the roadmap

To change the color of an item attribute

  1. Click ellipsis_CC.png > Configuration. The Roadmap configuration dialog appears.
  2. Click the Roadmap attributes tab. 
  3. Click the edit icon pencil_edit_dk_gray_CC.png for the attribute. The Edit attribute dialog appears.
  4. To change the color, select the desired color in the color list.
  5. To reset the color to the color of the source item, select Reset in the color list.

To hide an item attribute

  1. Click ellipsis_CC.png > Configuration. The Roadmap configuration dialog appears.
  2. Click the Roadmap attributes tab. 
  3. Clear the check box for the attribute that you want to hide.
