The system's changes, risks, and issues (CRI) functionality is utilized for managing work item execution. Lifecycles are supported for CRIs and provide mechanisms for approvals, escalations, and notifications. By default, CRIs can be one of three CRI subtypes: changes, risks, or issues.
- Changes to a work item should either be approved or dismissed.
- Risks to a work item should be identified and mitigated.
- Issues impacting a work item should be resolved; an issue can be a question, comment, or fact.
NOTE
Issues are NOT bugs, tasks, or support tickets.
Users can add CRIs to work if they have appropriate rights and the work is related to them.
