Accurate and timely entry of work effort is key to ensuring realistic project status reporting and accurate resource availability data. For accurate reports on the progress of projects, product, strategies, etc., the amount of work performed each week must be recorded and progressed. Timesheets allow users to enter the hours they work on entities to which they are authorized or allocated, and to record time spent on non-project work, such as paid time off or sick time. It also allows them to update the remaining time on their tasks.
