RPM Analytics - Portal Issue

The following error will display if there is an issue with the reporting portal

Test to determine if Issue is isolated to RPM Reports 
The purpose of this test is to determine if the problem is related to the RPM framework.  This is essential to discovering the route of issues effecting multiple reports and must be carried out before raising a ticket to customer care
Run a Non-RPM Report:
  • Navigate to View All Site Content > Reports > Work Portfolio > Project Health
  • Run report with any work portfolio code (structure code parameter)
If this report runs without any issues then it suggests that the problems are centralized to the RPM Framework
Outcome = Only effecting RPM reports
Issue is most likely framework related
Outcome = Effecting all reports
Issue is most likely to be at server level
