Planview Admin Release Notes - 10/2023 and 11/3/2023
We have deployed the following enhancements to Planview Admin during the month of October and the week of November 3, 2023. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PV Admin experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). Release notes for Planview Admin are published weekly on Fridays. The next set of release notes will be published on November 10, 2023.
In addition to the fixes and enhancements below, this release contains various background improvements that lay the groundwork for future enhancements. They should not have an impact on your current PV Admin experience.

New Enhancements
Bulk action for enabling password logins
You can now select multiple users in Planview Admin and Enable Password Login for those users. Previously, you could only take this action with one user at a time.
Extended timeout and improved timeout error handling
We extended the timeout period in Planview Admin to 10 minutes. Now, you can be inactive in the application for 10 minutes before the timeout occurs. Additionally, we updated our error messaging to tell users when an error has occurred due to timing out.
OKR authentication decoupled from Planview Admin timeout
The OKR authentication token can be refreshed even when your Planview Admin session has timed out. This allows OKR data to be refreshed even whe you are not actively using Planview Admin.
Improved error handling for authentication
We added new error messages for authentication issues. These new messages will help you better understand what went wrong and how to fix it.
New Unignore option for users
In the Ignored users list, we added an action to Unignore users in the list. Previously, there was not action that allowed user to be removed from this list.
