Managing Product Connectors

What Does the Connectors Screen Do?

The Connectors screen lists all possible connectors between Planview Portfolios environments and environments for other Planview products, such as Planview ProjectPlace and Planview AgilePlace. The connectors help synchronize data between the connected environments.

The following table describes the screen elements and the tasks administrators can perform on this screen.

Element Procedure
Production

Lists all connectors for Planview Portfolios application environments that are production environments. A green check mark indicates that the connector is active. Click Disconnect to disable the connector. 

Sandbox Lists all connectors for Planview Portfolios application environments that are sandbox environments. A green check mark indicates that the connector is active. Click Disconnect to disable the connector.
Disconnect

Disables the connector between two Planview application environments.
