We deployed the following enhancements to Planview Admin during May 2025. This article is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your Planview Admin experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). This article is updated weekly on Fridays. This month, release notes will be added on:

In addition to the fixes and enhancements below, this release contains various background improvements that lay the groundwork for future enhancements. They should not have an impact on your current Planview Admin experience.

Announcements
Sign-in Updates
On May 28, 2025, we will updating Planview Admin's sign-in process to support new features that will make multi-tenant membership easier to manage and facilitate the integration of other Planview applications, like AdaptiveWork, into Planview Admin. A summary of the changes that are coming and some important things that are not affected by this change are provided here.

New Enhancements
Improved tile accessibility
We introduced some changes to the product tiles in Planview Admin that make them easier for screen readers to detect and interpret.
Last Login Date in user exports
The Last Login Date in user exports now displays the last time the user logged into any Planview application, not just the last time they logged into Planview Admin. The exported date is in text format. You will need to convert it to a date to use in calculations in Excel.

New Enhancements
Subdomains for organizations
All organizations now have a subdomain as part the URL they use to access Planview Admin. This change allows users to more easily identify which Planview Admin tenant they are using, if they are a member of multiple tenants. For more information about this change and how it affects the sign-in process, see our article on upcoming sign-in updates.
Organization cobranding
We added a new page in your Planview Admin settings that allows administrators to add your organization's logo to Planview Admin.
