April 18 Release Notes

New Enhancements

Additional login prompt for some login aliases
We added an additional prompt during the login process that allow users that share a login alias to differentiate their accounts more easily. The prompt will ask these users to select their email address to specify which account they are logging into. This change only affects organizations that use login aliases to authenticate with their SSO and assign the same login alias to multiple email addresses.

Administrator-generated user passwords for password recovery
Administrators can now set one-time use passwords that they can then send to a user to log in. Once the password is used, the user must immediately set a new password. Administrator-set passwords must follow all of the same rules as all passwords in Planview Admin. Once the administrator sets the password, they must communicate it to the user; Planview Admin does not send it out.
