Multi-tenant Membership
Users can be members in more than one tenant in Planview Admin. This may occur when separate business units under a single parent organization are running their own Planview Admin tenants but want to share certain users across those tenants.
If you are a multi-tenant user, a dropdown menu containing the tenants that you can access will be visible in the main navigation bar, to the left of the Overview tab.
To switch between tenants:
- Open the tenant menu in the main navigation bar, to the left of the Overview tab.
- Select a tenant from the list.
You will be sent the Overview page for the selected Planview Admin tenant.
NOTE
While you may be able to switch between tenants, the each Planview Admin tenant is completely separate. The products you can access and the role you are assigned are determined on a tenant-by-tenant basis, which means that what you see in each tenant can vary. There is no unified view that allows you to manage in every tenant that you can access.
